• If I could slow down time

I promised a few people that I’d send them copies of my recent appearances on GO. But instead, I’m putting them online for anyone who’s interested.

From February 23, 2008, here’s a piece I did on what would happen if I applied the time-stretching technology I used everyday on audio to my personal life: [audio:http://blip.tv/file/get/Dmisener-dm_slowingdowntime919.mp3]

I’ll post my March 1 appearance tomorrow.

  • Hilary Green is Hungry x2

Hilary Green isn’t just hungry. She’s hungry hungry. And speaking from experience, she’s a good cook, too. Her new-ish blog, Hungry Hungry Hilly was started

mainly (though not entirely) […] after I had a falling out with blogTO about my photos for the restaurant reviews I was posting.

If you live in our neck of the woods, check it out for the restaurant reviews.

If you don’t, check it out for the recipes.

  • Mesh network update

My little Meraki-based public WiFi project has expanded south.

Marty Millionaire on the southwest corner of Queen and Parliament now has a repeater.

If you’re in the neighbourhood, look for SSID Corktown .

  • Trajan: The Movie Font

Via the Spark blog, a very funny video from Kirby Ferguson:

Not only is it chuckle-worthy, but it features CC music from Halifax synth popsters Windom Earle. What more could you ask for?

  • Rocking and rolling, again

According to thecanaries.ca, we’re playing a couple of shows in the next little while:

23 Feb 2008 @ The Smiling Buddha Bar

    4 Apr 2008 @ Clinton’s

Should be fun. Perhaps you can make it out.
